Brittany's Mission

Brittany only has two transfers left until she comes home. That is 3 months. She told me that her new apartment is really bad you have to flush the toilet with a bucket of water. The other day the mission president and his wife came to their apartment for lunch. The mission presidents wife asked if she could use the bathroom and Brittany was so embarrassed. She had to show her how to flush it. Later on she talked with the mission president and he told her to go and find a new apartment so now she has to move again.

Cals New Calling

Two Sundays ago Cal was called by the Stake President to be the first conselor in the Bishopbric. He is very dedicated and loves the people in our ward. He is excited to be working with our new bishop, Dave Conrad, and the 2nd counselor Dan Johnson.

Mothers Day Craft

I made these cute scrap booking books for my preschool to give to their moms for Mothers Day. Thanks Brandie for the idea. You are awesome.

Spring Craft

Rochelle and I made these cute signs for Spring. You can get everything to make this at wood connection.

18 Fish

While Me and Rochelle worked on our crafts the guys went fishing. In one hour they caught 18 fish. They braved the wind and the snow. One of the fish was a 6 pound burbot. They are very ugly. They look like a eel and a catfish mixed together.

Onion Easter Eggs

We found a new way to decorate Ester eggs that we seen on tv. You take the peels off of a red onion and yellow onion. Then you wet the uncooked egg. Wrap the egg with the onion peels and wrap it up in a cloth (like a present) and tie it off. Then you cook the egg in boiling water for 15 min. The egg will cook and color at the same time. Unwrap everything from the egg and put a little cooking oil on it to make it shine. It was fun!!!! Devin also painted some rocks that Grandma Davis brought up.

Easter Weekend

We went to Flaming Gorge for Easter. When we got up there we had about ten inches of snow. We went four wheeling through the deep snow it was a lot of fun. We had Devin, Dustin and Rochelle with us for the weekend. It is so much fun to spend time with the family!!
