Halloween

The kids looed so cute on Halloween.  Addie was Cinderella, Kolten was Olaf, Paityn was a Rapunzel, Paisley was a Mermaid and Kaydence was Flounder.  All Disney Characters, so fun!!!  They went trick or treating around our neighborhood and then met back here for pizza and burger beans.  Followed by root beer floats.  We had around 140 kids come by our house this year, we gave out the big size candy bars.

Paityn, Paisley, and Addie's Birthday

Well I kind of forgot my camera for the girls birthday parties.  I felt so bad.  Each one of them did a cute theme.  Paityn age 2 did a Minnie Mouse party, Paisley age 2 did an Under The Sea party, and Addie age 4 did a Frozen party. 

Manti Temple

Our ward has put together a Temple outing every other month.  We pass a sign up sheet around.  Whoever signs up, we get together and attend a Temple.  This month we went to the Manti Temple.  We went on Friday.  Everyone got together for dinner  and we ate at a really good Mexican restaurant, then we spent the night in a hotel that was right across the street from the Temple.  We did a live session and the rooms in the Temple were breathtaking.  The spirit was very strong.  I know I was suppose to be there.  After our session a Temple worker showed us the spiral stair cases.  They go up so high I almost did a backbend to see the top.  It was such a wonderful experiences and a great way to become closer with our friends and neighbors.  I can hardly wait for the next one.

Labor Day Weekend

We love to go to the cabin with the family on Labor Day Weekend.  It seems like everyone thinks this is their last camping trip before winter starts.  Not for us we keep going to the cabin all year.  We love spending time with the family and making new memories.  Sometimes not everyone can come each time because of busy schedules, but we will take what we can get.  We are happy no matter who comes up.  This time everyone was able to come.  The kids love to fish, had fun playing in the sand, and just enjoying the nice weather that we had.  We love going to the parade and filling our bags with candy, while the guys are fishing.  We also helped Grandma make brownies.  Licking the bowl is the BEST!!  We all took turns holding baby Kaydence and gave her baby kisses.  Then Grandpa had a good idea to go four wheeling.  We went buy the lake and went through the swamps.  We all came back covered in mud.  What a fun weekend!!
