4th Of July

We went up to the cabin for the 4th Of July.  We were lucky to have all of our family there except Brett.  He had to work and wasn't able to break away.  We missed him.  It is always fun spending time with the family and making new memories.  I bought all of the grandchildren matching old navy shirts to wear on the 4th.  They looked so cute in them.  As always it was a challenge to get them all in the picture, but we did it!  When Cal, Dustin, and Spencer went fishing,  the kids had fun playing in the water.  They ran through the sprayer on the hose.  We don't even need a swimming pool, this was much funner.  The guys caught their limits and were back for lunch.  We took the girls down to the store and let them pick out a toy.  This has become a tradition whenever they are at the cabin we have to go to the store and get a prize.  It is fun to watch them pick out  their toy.  The next day the girls and kids went on the boat fishing.  Shauntae and Spencer went fishing off of the shore.  Fishing was slow at first but then it picked up around 10:00am.  We caught some really nice kokane trout.   Addie and Paityn each reeled one in they were so excited.  That night we went over to Dave and Vicky's cabin and watch fireworks that they had got at Costco.  We had a great time and good weather all weekend.  The only bad thing was it went to fast.

Wheeler Farm

I was tending Paityn and Shauntae invited us to go to Wheeler Farm with her and the kids.  We went in the morning and it was a hot day.  We were only there an hour and we were all sweating, and had red faces.  Kaydence slept through all of the excitement.  Paisley and Paityn loved all of the animals. They had to get out of the strollers when they saw the ducks.  The ducks and pigeons would come right up to them, they thought they were pretty special.  They didn't know that the lady next to them were feeding the ducks bread.  ha ha  We had a lot of fun thanks Shauntae for inviting us.

Kaydence two weeks old

Kaydence is growing so fast it has been two weeks already.  She is like a magnet,  all of the little kids love to gather around her and give her kisses, and hugs.  It is so cute, they always have to look at her hands and feet to see how little they are.
