Flaming Gorge

We had a great weekend at Flaming Gorge. The fishing was awesome. Every day that we went out we caught our limit. We were catching kokane down by the pipeline area. The guys are now making their own lures that the fish are going after. It was funny the one day we were cleaning the fish and Cal was standing next to the guide that was cleaning his fish, the guide asked Cal where he is catching the fish. I had to chuckle. We ended up giving Dave's family a bag of fish, Grandma Davis two bags, and we brought home five bags of fish. Later one afternoon we also got a really bad hail storm that moved threw. It was hailing and raining and flooding. Cal was trying to dig some ditches to divert the water away from the cabin. Devin, Dustin, and Cal, were all getting welts from the hail it was coming down so hard. The guys also finished the top of the gazebo it looks really good.

Last weekend Cal and the guys started making a cazebo around the fire pit at the cabin. Thank you Dustin, Brett, and Devin for all of your help. It is going to look really good when it is finished. Addie was also outside being their supervisor. She is so cute!!!

Fishing at Flaming Gorge

We went to Flaming Gorge this weekend and did a little fishing. Friday night Cal, myself,Devin, Marilyn, and Elwood went to the Wyoming side by the pipe line and fished off shore. We had so much fun. We were getting a lot of bites but we had a hard time bringing them in, we kept losing them. Our total was 4 rainbows that we kept. The next morning Cal, Devin, Brittany, Brett, and Dustin took the boat out by the pipeline and fished for kokane. They had great success. They caught 20 and lost a lot. They put 10 back because they were not big enough, so they ended up bringing 10 home. The fish have moved down deeper now. They were excited that they found the spot!!

Sick of being sick!

I was so excited for preschool to get over so I could have a break and start getting caught up on everything inside and outside. Wishful thinking. Ever since it got over I have had a cold which turned into bronchitis, which has turned into walking pneumonia. I am so tired of being down, but I know when I have over done it because my lungs start hurting and I can't breath very well. Hopefully this will go away before summer is over. Ha ha.

Spring Flowers

These are my favorite spring flowers in my yard. They bloom in the spring and then the bush is green the rest of the year. { Sorry I don't know the name of the plant}. I know summer is getting close when all of the flowers have fallen off.

Preschool Graduation

My preschool graduation is over. I am glad for a break but I will really miss the children. It is amazing how close you get to them. I decided to decorate this year to make it cute for pictures. Thank you Brandie and Amber for helping put the balloon arch together, you guys are awesome. Also thank you to Cal, Devin, and Brittany for helping me blow up all of the balloons and getting everything ready. There is no way I could do it by myself. I appreciate everyone that helped me, I love you so much!!!
