The Beida Bridge was built as a joint venture between Dalian and Osaka Japan. The bridge symbolizes the friendship between the two cities. The Chinese people believe that if you walk across the bridge you will have good luck. We need all the luck that we can get so we walked across. it is a swinging bridge and when cars cross it, it will move.
