Swimming in Grandmas Pool

The girls would go play in the splash pad by Brittany's house and they would be so cold, so they would come over and say Grandma can we swim in your warm pool?   The pool was heated to 98 at that time because it was so warm outside.

July 24, 2015 Flaming Gorge Weekend

We had a fun weekend with Dustin's family and Brittany and her kids.  Brett had to work and Shautae's family couldn't come this time.  We miss them when they are not here.  Cal and Dustin went fishing in the morning and caught their limits.  They came back to the cabin and got all of us and we went fishing with them.  We ended up catching 5 more.  Rochelle caught a 4 pound koke.  It was starting to change colors already.  Then we took the kids to the beach where Cody, Amber, and Chad's families were playing.  They had fun playing on the paddle boards, banana and lily pads.  Then at the cabin we stayed busy making crafts.  We made plaster paris handprints that we put in our rock garden at the cabin.  The next day the kids made sock puppets and put on a puppet show for us.  They were so cute!!  I still think their favorite thing to do at the cabin is chasing the rabbits around and trying to catch them.  The weekend goes so fast.  It is hard to go back home.  Thanks everyone for a fun time!!
